She has conducted extensive corporate training for MNCs, government agencies, SMEs, and NGOs in Malaysia, Thailand, and Brunei.

Christina holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication (University of Malaya–Wales) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication (UUM). He has completed the Fundamental Level of ACCA and has professional experience in finance, accounting, audit support, taxation exposure, and human resource consulting. In the past decade, he has delivered finance- and HR-focused corporate programmes and consultancy for established organisations across multiple industries.

Niki holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Diploma in Computer and Graphic Design. She is a Certified Professional Coach and has completed professional certifications in Google Digital Marketing, including Prompt Engineering. With over 12 years of experience in corporate training, business development, and digital design, she delivers applied AI and future-skills programmes for non-technical professionals, freelancers, and solopreneurs.

Norashikin is a Chartered Accountant and Associate Member of the Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants (MATA) with over 20 years of experience in taxation, accountancy, and corporate advisory. She began her career with a Big 4 firm and later served as a Tax Manager, handling tax audits, advisory, and investigations involving LHDN and the Ministry of Finance. In 2010, she founded her own firm providing taxation and company secretarial services, bringing strong practical insights into her training.

Santhiletchimi holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Management), and an Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management (IAM). She has over 32 years of experience in human resource management, including more than 13 years in senior HR leadership roles within multinational companies. Her professional background covers full-spectrum HR, industrial relations, policy development, employee relations, and workforce training, including handling complex disciplinary and misconduct cases.

Dr Wendy holds a DBA (UUM) in Sales & Service Tax, MBA (UM), and Master of Information Technology (UM). She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Financial Planner (RFP), Certified Business Coach (UM), and Certified Advanced Human Resource Practitioner (MIHRM). With over 20 years of senior management and HR experience, she lectures in EMBA and finance programmes and delivers consultancy in HR, payroll, taxation, SST and e-Invoicing.

ChM. Zawiyah is a Chemist with the Department of Chemistry Malaysia and a registered Chemist (ChM) with Institut Kimia Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry and a Diploma in Industrial Chemistry. She is a registered Petroleum Inspector and Ergonomic Trainer, with over 14 years of experience in environmental analysis and 5 years in occupational safety and health, including ISO 45001 implementation and chemical safety management.
